These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fashion Studio AI, including the Fashion Studio AI website, Digital Wardrobe, AI Stylist, Virtual Try-On tools, Chrome Extension, AI-generated content, subscriptions, AI Credits, referral features and related services.

By creating an account, accessing or using Fashion Studio AI, installing or using the Fashion Studio AI Chrome Extension, or purchasing a subscription or AI Credits, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Fashion Studio AI.
Fashion Studio AI is an AI-powered fashion platform designed to connect online shopping with the clothes you already own.
Fashion Studio AI currently includes two connected products:

The Fashion Studio AI Chrome Extension allows you to use supported Fashion Studio AI features while browsing third-party websites.
Depending on the functionality available at the time, these features may include:
The website and Chrome Extension may use the same Fashion Studio AI account, subscription and AI Credit balance.
You are not required to use both products. You may use only the website, only the Chrome Extension, or both.
Fashion Studio AI is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that:

One person should generally use one personal Fashion Studio AI account unless we explicitly allow otherwise.
Your Fashion Studio AI account may connect your experience across the website and Chrome Extension.
Where supported, the same account may contain:
Installing or uninstalling the Chrome Extension does not automatically create, cancel or delete your Fashion Studio AI subscription or cloud account.
You can manage your account separately through Fashion Studio AI.
Fashion Studio AI may offer:

The Pricing page forms part of the commercial terms applicable to your purchase.
Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout:
We will clearly display the applicable price and billing period before you purchase a subscription.
Different plans may include different Digital Wardrobe storage limits.
Your wardrobe limit refers to the maximum number of clothing items that may be stored in your Digital Wardrobe under your current plan.
Every account currently receives a limited number of initial wardrobe digitizations without using AI Credits, as described on the Pricing page.
These free digitizations are a one-time allowance per account.
Deleting an item does not restore a free digitization.
After the free digitization allowance has been used, adding additional items may require AI Credits and may also require a paid plan with sufficient wardrobe capacity.
Purchasing additional AI Credits does not by itself increase your wardrobe storage limit.
Fashion Studio AI uses AI Credits (“Credits”) for certain AI-powered actions.
AI Credits are digital units that may be:
AI Credits are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency or a stored-value payment instrument.
They:
New accounts may receive a one-time Welcome Credit allowance.
Welcome Credits are granted once per eligible account.
Creating additional accounts to repeatedly obtain Welcome Credits is prohibited.
The Free plan may include renewable monthly AI Credits.
The current allowance is displayed on the Pricing page.
Renewable Free Credits refresh according to the applicable monthly cycle and do not accumulate indefinitely unless Fashion Studio AI explicitly states otherwise.
Paid plans may include a monthly allowance of AI Credits.
Subscription Credits:
Unused subscription Credits do not convert into money or refunds.
Users may purchase additional AI Credit Packs without changing their subscription plan.
Purchased Credits are maintained separately from monthly plan Credits.
Unless otherwise disclosed at purchase, purchased Credits remain available until used, subject to:
Where a user has both included plan Credits and separately purchased Credits, Fashion Studio AI may use the included plan Credits first.
Purchased Credits do not increase the wardrobe capacity of your plan.
Different AI actions may require different numbers of Credits.

The Credit amount shown to you immediately before confirming an action is the applicable amount for that action.
We may change Credit costs in the future to reflect changes in features, AI processing costs or the Service.
Material changes will apply prospectively and will be disclosed before you use the affected feature.
Fashion Studio AI intends to charge Credits only for successfully completed AI operations.
If an AI operation fails because of a technical error before producing the requested result, applicable Credits will normally:
This does not necessarily apply where a valid AI result was successfully generated but the user simply does not prefer the aesthetic result.
AI Stylist messages may have a separate monthly allowance from AI Credits.
Messages within the allowance included in your plan do not normally consume AI Credits.
After reaching your monthly allowance, Fashion Studio AI may allow you to unlock additional messages using AI Credits.
The applicable limits and Credit cost are shown in the Service before confirmation.
Virtual Try-On uses artificial intelligence to generate a visual representation of how clothing or an outfit could appear on a person.
Virtual Try-On is a visual simulation only.
It does not guarantee:
AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies or visual artifacts.
You should rely on the retailer's official product description, measurements, size guide and return policy when making a purchasing decision.
Fashion Studio AI is not responsible for a purchasing decision made solely on the basis of a Virtual Try-On result.
Fashion Studio AI may generate:
These recommendations are generated using automated systems.
They are intended for inspiration and convenience and may not always be accurate, suitable or complete.
You remain responsible for deciding:
Fashion Studio AI does not act as a licensed personal shopper, financial adviser, medical adviser or other regulated professional adviser.
Artificial intelligence may produce content including:

We do not guarantee that AI-generated output will be unique.
“You Content” or “User Content” includes material you upload, submit or select for processing through Fashion Studio AI, including:
You retain any rights you have in your User Content.

The Fashion Studio AI Chrome Extension may operate while you visit third-party websites, including online fashion stores.
Fashion Studio AI does not own or operate those websites unless expressly stated otherwise.
Use of the Extension does not create any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement relationship between Fashion Studio AI and a third-party retailer.

You remain responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms and laws.
You must not use the Chrome Extension to intentionally:
The Fashion Studio AI Chrome Extension may be distributed through the Google Chrome Web Store.
Your installation and use of Google Chrome and the Chrome Web Store may also be subject to Google's own terms and policies.

As between you and AGENTIX SOCVC., and to the extent permitted by applicable law, AGENTIX SOCVC. does not claim ownership over AI outputs generated specifically in response to your request solely because they were generated through Fashion Studio AI.
Your ability to use an output may nevertheless depend on:
Because AI systems can generate similar content for different users, we cannot guarantee that an output is unique or capable of exclusive intellectual-property protection.
You are responsible for checking whether commercial or public use of a particular generated output is appropriate for your intended purpose.
Paid subscriptions provide access to features and allowances associated with the selected plan.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Your subscription continues until cancelled.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method at each renewal.
Before purchasing, you will be shown:

You may cancel a subscription using the available account or billing controls or by contacting:
Cancellation prevents future automatic renewal.
Unless applicable law or our Refund & Cancellation Policy provides otherwise, cancellation does not normally immediately terminate access already paid for.
Your paid plan will normally remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Deleting the Chrome Extension does not cancel a subscription.
Deleting your account and cancelling your subscription are separate actions unless the interface explicitly states otherwise.
Refunds, cancellations and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by:
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides statutory withdrawal rights for online services or digital products, you may have a right to withdraw from an eligible contract within the legally prescribed period.
EU consumer rules generally provide a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to specific rules and exceptions for services and digital content.
Where you expressly request that a digital service begin during a statutory withdrawal period, applicable law may affect the amount refundable if you later withdraw.
Specific instructions and conditions will be provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and, where required, at checkout.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider that may be disclosed at checkout.
You authorize the payment provider to process the payment information necessary to complete your transaction.
Fashion Studio AI does not store your full payment-card number or CVV.
You agree to provide accurate billing information.

Unless otherwise indicated, current Fashion Studio AI website prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).

Prices may change in the future.
Price changes will not retroactively change an already completed one-time purchase.
For recurring subscriptions, material price changes will be communicated before they apply where required by applicable law.
Purchasing AI Credits is separate from purchasing a subscription.
A Free user may purchase Credit Packs without subscribing.
A paid subscriber may also purchase additional Credit Packs.
Credit Packs provide AI usage only and do not automatically:
Any applicable refund or statutory withdrawal rights for purchased Credits are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer law.
Fashion Studio AI may offer a referral program.
Under the current referral structure, an eligible user may share a personal referral link and receive promotional AI Credits when a referred user completes a qualifying paid subscription.
The applicable reward is shown in the referral interface.
A referral reward may be issued only after the qualifying payment has been successfully completed.
We may reverse a referral reward where the qualifying transaction is:

Referral Credits have no cash value.
We may modify or discontinue the referral program with reasonable notice, subject to any rewards already validly earned.
From time to time Fashion Studio AI may offer:

If promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional terms apply to that promotion.
We aim to keep Fashion Studio AI available and reliable, but AI and online services cannot be guaranteed to operate without interruption.

We may temporarily limit or suspend features when reasonably necessary to maintain security or reliability.
We may improve, add, modify or discontinue Service features.
For material changes that negatively affect an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law.
If applicable law gives you a right to terminate because of a material modification to a paid digital service, those statutory rights remain unaffected.
We may make immediate changes where reasonably necessary for:
Fashion Studio AI relies on third-party technology and infrastructure providers.
AI-generated features may therefore depend on the availability and operation of external AI systems.
The relevant processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of a specific third-party AI model.
We may replace or change technology providers while maintaining substantially similar Fashion Studio AI functionality.
We may temporarily suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:

Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent fraud, harm, security incidents or unlawful activity.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The treatment of unused purchased Credits and prepaid subscription amounts remains subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Fashion Studio AI may display or process clothing originating from third-party retailers.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
Any clothing purchase is a transaction between you and the applicable retailer.
The retailer's own terms apply to that purchase.
Fashion Studio AI may help you visualize or evaluate clothing before purchasing it.
However, Fashion Studio AI does not guarantee that using Virtual Try-On or AI styling will:
Consumers may have mandatory rights concerning the conformity and performance of digital services under applicable consumer law.
For example, EU consumer rules provide legal remedies where paid digital content or digital services are faulty, not as described or do not work as expected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or reduces rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fashion Studio AI is provided on an “as available” basis.

For business users, where permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from Fashion Studio AI will not exceed the amount paid by that user to Fashion Studio AI during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you use Fashion Studio AI on behalf of a business, and to the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify AGENTIX SOCVC. against third-party claims resulting from:
This section does not apply to consumers where such an obligation would be prohibited or unfair under applicable consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain any mandatory protections granted by the law of your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms deprives an EU consumer of any court jurisdiction or consumer right available under mandatory applicable law.
