These Pricing, Subscription & Billing Terms explain the prices, recurring billing rules, AI Credit allowances and payment conditions applicable to Fashion Studio AI.

You do not need to purchase a separate subscription for each product.

The subscription renews automatically every year until cancelled.
The annual price is equivalent to approximately $16.67 per month, but the full $199.99 is billed annually in one payment.

The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled.
$349.99 USD per year
The subscription renews automatically every year until cancelled.
The annual price is equivalent to approximately $29.17 per month, but the full $349.99 is billed annually in one payment.
Style Plus and Style Pro are recurring subscriptions.
Unless you cancel before your next renewal:
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Fashion Studio AI and its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee at each renewal until you cancel.
The applicable:
will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Your first subscription payment is charged when you complete the purchase.
Future payments are normally charged on the corresponding recurring billing date.
For example:
If you purchase a monthly subscription on September 10, your next billing date will normally be around October 10.
If you purchase an annual subscription on September 10, your next annual renewal will normally occur around September 10 of the following year.
The exact renewal date is shown in your account or billing portal.
Fashion Studio AI prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).
Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the total amount payable.
Where VAT or another applicable tax is required, the applicable tax will be included in or added to the checkout total as required by law and clearly shown before payment is confirmed.
The final total displayed at checkout is the amount you authorize us to charge.
Your card provider or bank may apply its own currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. Such fees are imposed by your financial institution, not by Fashion Studio AI.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Fashion Studio AI does not store your full card number or CVV.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by:
Certain Fashion Studio AI features use AI Credits.
AI Credits are digital usage units within Fashion Studio AI.
They are not:
AI Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
A new eligible account currently receives:
These are issued once per account.
Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly receive Welcome Credits is prohibited.
Free accounts receive 5 AI Credits each month.
These free monthly Credits refresh rather than accumulate indefinitely.
Unused renewable Free Credits do not create a cash balance or refund entitlement.

Monthly subscription Credits refresh according to the plan's billing cycle.
Unused monthly subscription Credits generally do not roll over into the next billing cycle.

Users on any plan, including Free, may purchase additional AI Credits without changing their subscription.

Credit Pack purchases are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.
Buying a Credit Pack does not automatically:
Separately purchased AI Credits are stored separately from recurring monthly plan Credits.
Unless otherwise disclosed before purchase, purchased Credits remain available until used, subject to:
Where both monthly plan Credits and purchased Credits are available, Fashion Studio AI may use your included monthly Credits first.
Different AI actions may require different numbers of Credits.
The applicable cost is shown:
You will be able to see the Credit cost before starting a chargeable AI operation.
AI Credit costs may be updated in the future as Fashion Studio AI features and AI-processing requirements change.
Updated costs apply to future AI actions and will be displayed before the applicable action is confirmed.
Fashion Studio AI is designed to charge Credits only when an AI operation is successfully completed.
If a technical failure prevents the requested AI result from being generated:
A successfully generated result is not considered a technical failure merely because you prefer a different aesthetic result.
AI Stylist messages have their own monthly allowances.
Current allowances are:
Messages within these allowances do not use AI Credits.
After reaching the applicable limit:
1 AI Credit can unlock 10 additional AI Stylist messages.
Fashion Studio AI will show the applicable Credit cost before additional messages are unlocked.
Every Fashion Studio AI account currently receives its first:
30 wardrobe item digitizations free of AI Credit charges.
This is a one-time account allowance.
Deleting an item does not restore a free digitization.
After the first 30:
Purchasing additional Credits does not change your plan's wardrobe storage limit.
You may upgrade your Fashion Studio AI plan where this option is available.
Before confirming an upgrade, the applicable:
will be shown.
Stripe may calculate a prorated billing adjustment when a plan changes during an existing billing period.
No plan change will be confirmed without displaying the applicable payment information first.
You may downgrade your subscription where supported.
A downgrade will normally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the interface clearly states otherwise.
Until the downgrade takes effect, you retain your existing plan benefits.
Once the new plan begins, its:

If your stored wardrobe exceeds the new plan limit, we may restrict the addition of new items or certain wardrobe actions until you:
We will not intentionally delete your existing wardrobe solely because you downgraded without appropriate notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation can be completed through the available billing/account controls or by contacting:
Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
For example:
If your Style Plus subscription is paid until November 20 and you cancel on November 5, you may normally continue using Style Plus until November 20.
Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.
Subscription payments are not automatically prorated when you cancel partway through a paid billing period.
Refund eligibility is governed by our:

If you believe your subscription renewed unintentionally, please contact:

Under our current voluntary policy, we may approve an accidental-renewal refund where:

When a paid subscription ends:
Unused monthly plan Credits do not convert into a refund.
Separately purchased Credit Packs are treated differently and are not automatically removed simply because your subscription ends.
Purchased AI Credits remain associated with your account after cancellation of Style Plus or Style Pro, unless:
However, you may only use them for functionality available under your current account plan.
For example:
A Free user may use purchased Credits for supported AI actions but cannot exceed the Free plan's 30-item wardrobe capacity merely by purchasing Credits.
Uninstalling the Fashion Studio AI Chrome Extension does not:
Subscriptions must be cancelled separately using the billing controls or by contacting us.
Deleting your Fashion Studio AI account and cancelling your subscription are separate actions unless the interface explicitly states otherwise.
Before deleting your account, we recommend that you:
Voluntary account deletion does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
If a recurring subscription payment fails, we may:
You will not be entitled to continue using paid subscription benefits indefinitely without successful payment.

Fashion Studio AI may change its prices in the future.
A price change will not retroactively change a completed one-time purchase.
For recurring subscriptions, new pricing will apply only to future billing periods and any notice required by applicable law will be provided.
If you do not agree with a future subscription price change, you may cancel before the new price applies.
Fashion Studio AI may update:
For material changes affecting an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice where required by applicable law.
Changes required urgently for:

You may be able to view applicable:
through your Fashion Studio AI billing area or Stripe-hosted billing tools.
Keep your billing email address accurate so that important payment communications can reach you.
Before completing a paid purchase, you will be provided with the applicable:

By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that the selected subscription is recurring and will automatically renew until cancelled.
