The Fashion Studio AI Chrome Extension (the “Extension”) is operated by AGENTIX SOCVC. (“AGENTIX”, “Fashion Studio AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

For purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), AGENTIX SOCVC. is the controller of personal data processed through the Extension, except where a service provider acts as an independent controller under applicable law.
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Fashion Studio AI Chrome Extension. It supplements the general Fashion Studio AI Privacy Policy for the website and connected Fashion Studio AI account.
The Extension has a single, user-facing purpose: to help you evaluate and organize fashion items or outfits you encounter while browsing the web. When you intentionally activate the Extension, it can let you select a clothing or outfit image, create a Virtual Try-On or flat lay, and save selected items or generated results to your connected Fashion Studio AI account, including supported wardrobe, Wishlist, or Try-On features.
The Extension is not designed to monitor your general browsing activity. It does not create a history of the websites you visit for advertising or profiling purposes.
The exact information processed depends on the feature you choose to use.
email address and name, if provided;
Fashion Studio AI account identifier;
authentication or session information needed to keep you signed in;
subscription status and AI Credit balance;
account settings or preferences relevant to the Extension.
If you choose a third-party sign-in method, we receive only the account information you authorize and that is necessary for authentication. The Extension does not request access to unrelated Google services such as Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Contacts unless a future feature explicitly requires such access and is separately disclosed and authorized.
When you intentionally activate an Extension feature on a webpage, the Extension may access or transmit only the information reasonably necessary to perform that action, including:
the clothing or outfit image you selected;
the URL of the webpage where the selected item appears;
product title, store/domain name, price, or other relevant product information available on the page, where needed for the selected feature;
limited webpage content or DOM information necessary to identify, retrieve, or save the selected fashion item;
the specific Extension action you requested.
Website access is used to provide the user-facing feature you invoke. We do not use this access to create a general browsing history, track you across unrelated websites, or build an advertising profile.
Depending on the feature you use, we may process:
a personal photo you choose for Virtual Try-On;
photos or images of clothing or outfits;
the selected online product image;
generated Virtual Try-On images;
generated flat lays or other supported visual outputs;
items, links, images, or results that you choose to save to your Fashion Studio AI account.
These images are processed only to provide the feature you requested or to keep content you choose to save in your account. We do not sell your personal photos or use them for personalized advertising. We do not use facial recognition to identify you and do not create biometric identifiers for authentication or identification purposes.
We may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and measure the reliability of the Extension and connected service, such as:
browser and Extension version;
operating system or device type;
IP address or server request information;
timestamps;
feature and generation events;
AI Credit transactions;
error, diagnostic, security, and abuse-prevention events.
This information is used for service operation, security, fraud and abuse prevention, usage-limit enforcement, diagnostics, and reliability. It is not used to create advertising profiles.
The Extension may use browser storage to keep limited information needed for operation, such as authentication/session state, preferences, or temporary information related to an action you initiated. Local browser storage is not used to create a cross-site advertising or browsing profile.
We use Extension data only for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:
provide Virtual Try-On and supported image-processing features;
create flat lays or other requested visual outputs;
identify the fashion item you deliberately selected on a webpage;
save selected items, source links, Wishlist entries, Try-Ons, wardrobe content, or generated results when you ask us to do so;
sync the Extension with your Fashion Studio AI account;
manage your subscription status and AI Credit usage;
authenticate users and protect accounts;
prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of free or paid features;
diagnose errors and improve the reliability and performance of the Extension;
respond to support requests;
comply with applicable law.
We do not use Extension data for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising. We do not sell Extension user data.
Fashion Studio AI is designed so that fashion-related webpage data is processed when you take an intentional action, such as using the right-click menu, opening or interacting with the Extension side panel, selecting an item, requesting a Virtual Try-On or flat lay, or saving an item or result.
The Extension may need technical access to webpage content so that these features work across supported fashion and shopping websites. That technical access does not mean that we collect or retain everything on every page you visit.
The Extension requests only the permissions needed to provide its disclosed functionality. Depending on the production version, these permissions may include access needed to:
add Fashion Studio AI actions to the browser context menu;
open and operate the Extension side panel or user interface;
access the active webpage when you invoke a Fashion Studio AI feature;
identify or retrieve the selected product image and relevant product information;
store authentication/session information and Extension preferences;
communicate securely with Fashion Studio AI servers.
We do not request permissions solely for possible future features. If the Extension later requires materially different permissions or data practices, we will update our disclosures and obtain any consent required by applicable law and Chrome Web Store policy.
We do not sell Extension user data. We share data only where necessary to provide or secure the Extension, comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy.
Our service providers may include:
Used for authentication, database infrastructure, storage, and account-related services. Supabase may process account information and content that you choose to save as necessary to provide these services.
Used for AI-powered processing required by features such as Virtual Try-On, image processing, clothing analysis, or related Fashion Studio AI functions. We send only the content reasonably necessary to perform the action you requested, such as the selected fashion image, your chosen personal photo, and technical instructions or prompts.
Used to host, deliver, and securely operate Fashion Studio AI services and APIs. These providers may process limited request, technical, or application data as necessary to provide infrastructure services.
Paid subscriptions and AI Credit purchases are processed through the Fashion Studio AI website using Stripe. The Extension does not store your full payment card number or CVV. Stripe does not receive your browsing activity merely because you use the Extension.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with a valid legal request, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect users or Fashion Studio AI, or complete a business transaction permitted by applicable law.
Fashion Studio AI limits the collection, use, and transfer of Extension user data to information necessary to provide or improve the Extension’s disclosed single purpose and related operational purposes, such as security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service reliability.
In particular:
we use Extension user data only to provide or improve the disclosed user-facing functionality;
we transfer Extension user data to third parties only when necessary to provide or improve that functionality, comply with applicable law, protect against fraud or abuse, or as otherwise permitted by the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy;
we do not use or transfer Extension user data for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising;
we do not sell Extension user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers;
we do not use Extension user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes;
we restrict human access to Extension user data except where you explicitly request support involving specific data, where access is necessary for security or fraud investigation, where required by law, or where data is aggregated/anonymized for permitted internal operations.
Fashion Studio AI’s use of Extension user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Some Extension features require external AI processing. When you request such a feature, the information necessary to perform the request may be transmitted to an AI service provider. This may include selected fashion images, your chosen personal photo, prompts or instructions, and limited account or request metadata.
We provide AI service providers only with data reasonably necessary to perform the feature you requested. AGENTIX does not use your personal photos to train general-purpose AI models operated by AGENTIX. If our AI-processing practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any additional notice or consent required by law or Chrome Web Store policy.
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to legal obligations.
Content accessed through the Extension is retained only where needed to perform the requested operation or where you choose to save the selected item, source link, or generated result to your Fashion Studio AI account.
Account information and saved content are generally retained while your Fashion Studio AI account remains active or until you delete the relevant content. After account deletion, remaining account data is normally deleted or anonymized from active systems within 60 days, except where retention is legally required. Temporary residual copies may remain in secure backups until they are automatically overwritten or deleted.
Technical, diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and security logs may be retained for up to 24 months where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
Support communications may be retained for up to 3 years after resolution where reasonably necessary to maintain support history or protect legal rights.
You control when you use the Extension and which fashion item or image you submit to Fashion Studio AI. You may stop using the Extension at any time by disabling or uninstalling it.
You may delete supported saved items, outfits, Wishlist entries, Try-Ons, or other generated content through available Fashion Studio AI account controls. You may also request deletion of your Fashion Studio AI account and associated personal data by contactingsupport@fashion-studio-ai.com or using available account settings.
Uninstalling the Extension does not automatically delete your Fashion Studio AI cloud account. To delete cloud-stored account information, you must delete the account or submit a deletion request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including secure encrypted transmission (HTTPS), authentication controls, access controls, database and infrastructure protections, and monitoring for fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a personal-data breach that requires notification under applicable law, we will take the required steps.
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract: to provide Extension features, account access, AI processing, saved content, and AI Credit functionality that you request;
Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose technical problems, improve reliability, and protect legal rights, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
Consent: where consent is required for a specific optional processing activity;
Legal obligations: where processing or retention is required by applicable law.
Some service providers may process personal data outside Bulgaria or the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as European Commission adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other safeguards permitted by applicable data-protection law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If the GDPR applies, you may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or another competent supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
Fashion Studio AI is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide Fashion Studio AI accounts to children under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal data to us, contactsupport@fashion-studio-ai.com.
The Extension may be used while you visit third-party websites. Fashion Studio AI does not control those websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. The fact that the Extension can interact with content on a third-party website does not mean Fashion Studio AI owns, operates, or endorses that website.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Extension’s features, permissions, service providers, data-processing practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use personal data, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
